  • Terms of Use.

    This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Site's Terms of Use (the "Terms"), a copy of which can be viewed at:Terms of Use. Any capitalized term in this Privacy Policy that we don't define, will have the meaning given to it in the Terms.

  • Data We Gather. Whenever you access the Site or engage with the Services, we may capture details regarding your activity and interaction with the Site and Services, through one or more of the methods outlined below:
    • Details You Share with Us. Certain Services may ask you to provide Personal Information in order to use them. Features such as newsletters, promotional content, or specific forms require your clear and active agreement before submission. Other details may be collected based on your consent to this Privacy Policy, as explained further below.
      For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" refers to data that can be used to identify you directly or when combined with other details—such as your full name, email, phone number, mailing address, and other contact-related information. In certain regions, and depending on the way such data is processed, even your IP address may be treated as Personal Information. If so, we will safeguard it as such, though we do not rely on IP addresses for identification or personalization of users.

      • Third-Party Forms and Services: Our Site may showcase, review, or compare products and services from third-party businesses, brands, or commercial partners (collectively, "Partners"). Occasionally, you may receive offers or forms connecting you to Partners' Products. By filling out such forms, you agree to share information that will help us connect you with the relevant Partner ("Lead"). Clicking on a Partner’s icon or tab may redirect you to a landing page run directly by that Partner (the "Landing Page"), where you might be asked to provide details such as your name, email, or phone number ("Landing Page Info"). This data is collected solely by the Partner, who operates under their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing their policy to fully understand how your Personal Information is handled.
      • Contacting Us: When you reach out via a "Contact Us" form, email, or other available feedback channels, we may request Personal Information such as your name and email. This data, along with your message, will be used to process, respond to, and address your request, and may also serve our legitimate business purposes as described in sections 4 and 5 of this Privacy Policy.
      • Blogs, Newsletters, Surveys, and Promotions: Our Site may host blogs, articles, and reviews about our services, Partners, Products, and related industries. You may also have the option to subscribe to newsletters or join surveys and promotional campaigns. Participation often requires you to provide Personal Information (such as your name and email). Depending on the case, your details may be collected by us or by a third party, and usage will be guided both by this Privacy Policy and the third party’s terms.
    • Information We Collect Automatically. We also gather data about your interaction with the Site and Services in the following ways:

      • Device Information: For purposes of compatibility, localization, and service delivery, we collect technical details such as device type/version, operating system, language settings, browser type/version, and screen resolution.
      • Usage & Interactions: To maintain and improve the Site and Services, we monitor user actions such as referral URLs, internal navigation, clicks, views, and timestamps for activities like page visits or interactions.
      • Log Files: We gather information through server logs and tracking technologies (e.g., pixel tags) to analyze trends, monitor user engagement, and detect fraudulent activity. Collected details may include IP addresses, stored temporarily to identify location (country, region, language) and for fraud-prevention purposes only.
      • Cookies & Similar Tools: Our Site uses cookies, web beacons, and pixel tags to store preferences and recognize your browser during visits. While you can disable cookies in your browser, doing so may affect Site functionality. See our Cookie Policy for further details on usage and tracking technologies.
      • Data from Third Parties: Because our Services often integrate with Partners and affiliates, we may receive limited data such as internal user identifiers and engagement summaries (e.g., clicks, purchases, or calls). In some cases, a phone number used for call-based services may be temporarily shared with us solely to track successful referrals. We do not use such information beyond this purpose without your explicit consent.
    • Your Consent, Control, and Changes You are under no legal obligation to provide us with Personal Information, and choosing to do so is entirely voluntary. By using the Site and engaging with the Services, you acknowledge and accept this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using the Site or Services. Where certain features require Personal Information, you may freely decide whether to provide it or not. Additionally, you may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 8 for opt-out and withdrawal details).
    • How We Use Your Personal Information Beyond the purposes outlined earlier, we also rely on your Personal Information ("your Information") to:
      (a) Operate and provide access to the Site and Services;
      (b) Enhance and develop the Site and Services further;
      (c) Track and verify referrals and Ads (see section 5);
      (d) Authenticate users and prevent fraudulent activity;
      (e) Respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
      (f) Confirm and secure your access to the Site.
    • How We Share Your Information with Third Parties.
      We do not disclose your Personal Information to third parties unless under the following circumstances:
      • Data Hosting and Security Services (“Data Platforms”): We rely on trusted third-party providers for cloud storage and data security. This means your Information may be transferred and stored globally, including in the US, with services such as Amazon Web Services (Privacy Policy), which is Privacy Shield certified. While these providers follow strong security and compliance standards, your data use is also subject to their own privacy policies.
      • Social Media Platforms: We may share non-identifiable details with platforms such as Facebook or LinkedIn for advertising and operational purposes. These platforms may combine our shared data with Personal Information they already collect independently based on your separate consent. Any resulting use of Personal Information is governed solely by their policies, not ours.
      • Business Service Providers: We may work with external vendors who help us manage customer support, communications, analytics, or technical operations. Such providers may be located worldwide, and while we require them to follow appropriate safeguards and display their own privacy policies, their practices are ultimately governed by their terms.
      • Legal and Enforcement Needs: We may disclose your Personal Information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to: (a) comply with legal requirements or government requests; (b) enforce our Terms of Use or investigate suspected violations; (c) prevent fraud or address security concerns; or (d) protect the rights, property, or safety of Interactive AF LTD, our affiliates, users, or the public.
      • Partners and Product Requests: When you complete an Online Form to learn more about a Partner or a Product, we may share your details with the relevant Partner so they can follow up with you. If no specific Partner was indicated, we may forward your request to a similar service provider. You acknowledge that: (a) Partners may contact you directly; (b) we do not manage the content or frequency of their outreach; (c) each Partner maintains its own privacy policy, which may differ from ours; and (d) Partners may operate and store data globally.
      • Corporate Transactions: If Interactive AF LTD or its affiliates undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred as part of that transaction. In such cases, the acquiring entity will be required to outline its privacy practices and respect your rights under applicable laws.
        We may also share non-Personal Information under the following conditions:
      • Third-Party Technologies and Analytics: We sometimes integrate third-party tools, technologies, and features (e.g., Google Analytics) that collect usage data on our behalf to help us understand how visitors interact with our Site and Services. These providers may use cookies and other tracking technologies under their own privacy policies. For more details, see our Cookie Policy.
    • Links and Third-Party Interactions. Our Site may link to external websites, content, or services ("Third-Party Properties"). Any information you provide on those properties is shared directly with the third party. We are not responsible for their data practices and encourage you to review their privacy policies before engaging.
    • Access, Accuracy, and Deletion. Except where otherwise detailed in this Privacy Policy, we do not retain Personal Information in a way that identifies you. Requests to access, correct, or delete your data apply only when such information was provided directly by you. To make a request, contact us at privacy@interactiveaf.com. Please allow up to 30 business days for processing.
    • Your Choices and Opt-Out Options. You remain in control of your Personal Information. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may exercise rights such as:
      • Cookies & Tracking: Adjust your browser settings to block or refuse cookies from our Site or third-party providers (see Section ‎2.2.4).
      • Access and Removal: Request to review, update, or delete your Personal Information (see Section ‎7).
      • California Privacy Rights: California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows residents to request details on how we share Personal Information with third parties for marketing purposes. To request this, email us at privacy@interactiveaf.com.
      • EU Data Subject Rights: If you reside within the EU, the GDPR provides you with the following entitlements:
        • The right to access the Personal Information we hold about you (subject to identity verification).
        • The right to request updates or corrections if your data is inaccurate or incomplete.
        • The right to revoke your consent for processing at any point (without impacting lawful use prior to withdrawal).
        • The right to request deletion of your data or limit how it is used, including requiring notice to third parties where relevant.
        • The right to object to your data being used for direct marketing purposes.
        • The right to file a formal complaint with your local data protection authority.
      • Canadian Privacy Rights: If you are a resident of Canada, you may request information about how we share Personal Information with third parties for direct marketing purposes, where applicable. To submit such a request or raise privacy-related concerns, please contact our compliance team at privacy@interactiveaf.com.
    • Information Security. We, along with trusted affiliates and service providers, apply a range of security protocols and technologies to protect the data transmitted, processed, and stored on our Site, servers, and systems. For instance, the Site uses SSL encryption, and so does any data transferred through it. We regularly audit our practices, employ third-party providers that comply with strict industry standards and certifications, and carefully manage and restrict internal access to sensitive data. While these measures significantly lower the chances of breaches, no system connected to the internet can be considered fully secure. Thus, we cannot guarantee complete immunity from unauthorized access or other security risks. If you have questions about our security practices, please reach us at: privacy@interactiveaf.com.
    • Children’s Privacy. Our Site and Services are not directed to children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors. If we discover that data has been collected from someone under the age of 16, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 16 has shared information with us, please notify us at: privacy@interactiveaf.com.
    • Non-US Users. Your Information (including Personal Information) may be transferred from your country of residence to another, such as the United States, where data protection laws may differ. In such transfers, we apply contractual and legal safeguards (including Privacy Shield certifications where relevant) to ensure that your Information is handled with adequate protection by our third-party vendors. By providing your Information and using our Services, you explicitly agree to these transfers in line with this Privacy Policy.
    • Our Commitment. Safeguarding your privacy online is a continuing effort. We are dedicated to adapting and refining our Site to meet evolving legal requirements and recognized best practices across all jurisdictions where our Services are available.
    • Contact Us. We strive to keep this Privacy Policy clear and transparent. Should you have any questions, feel free to reach us at: privacy@interactiveaf.com, or at Interactive AF LTD
